Return Policy

At Pluslx, we strive to deliver not only exceptional clothing but also an unparalleled shopping experience. We understand that finding the perfect fit, especially when shopping online, can sometimes require a little extra assistance. That's why we've developed a return policy designed to offer you peace of mind and flexibility throughout your shopping journey.

 

About returns

  1. All purchases (except swimsuits, underwear, briefs, bags and accessories) are returnable within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, and ensure that all items within the packaging are intact. Otherwise, all costs will be borne by the buyer and no refunds will be given. - Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  3. Any address on the package is not an approved return address and we will not accept packages returned to a return address that is not authorized by a customer service representative.
  4. Pluslx will not be held responsible if the package is lost, damaged or missing during the return journey. You can contact the shipping company to file a claim.
  5. Please be sure to check your return carefully before shipping. We are not responsible for returns of non-Pluslx products.
  6. We do not provide freight collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Return costs will be borne by you.

 

Purchase not eligible for return

  1. Defective merchandise that arrives damaged/broken or stained.
  2. The size/color of the item received is incorrect.
  3. Items that have not been washed, unworn or unused within 30 days of receipt do not meet your expectations.

NOTE: Items that do not meet these standards will not be considered for return.

 

Return process

  1. Contact us (email: service@pluslx.com) and describe the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. If there is any quality problem, please attach photos.
  2. Once you receive the return address and instructions, please carefully package your item and send your return package using a trackable carrier.
  3. Send your return tracking number or picture of your return receipt to our customer service team.
  4. We will process returns or exchanges immediately after receiving your package.

 

Quick refund

Send returned items back to our returns center in the original packaging with the product tags. We will refund your original payment method within one week.

 

cancel order

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund. Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped.
